KILEY LITTLE

Canadian Women & Sport is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to creating an equitable and inclusive Canadian sport and physical activity system that empowers girls, women, and gender-diverse individuals. Their work supports systemic change across all levels of sport—from community programs to high-performance leadership—by challenging barriers, shifting mindsets, and equipping leaders with the tools to create lasting impact.

As a Program Facilitator, I support Canadian Women & Sport by delivering workshops, training, and consulting sessions designed to promote gender equity and inclusive practices in sport. Through this work, I collaborate with coaches, educators, and sport leaders across the country to build safer, more representative spaces where all individuals can thrive.
